I just paid for a subscription but I can not access my videos?Most times this can be easily fixed by logging out, and immediately logging back in. If you've tried logging out and in and it still doesn't play, please make sure you are logged in using the same email address you signed up with. If you still have trouble accessing your videos, please text (805) 738-8405 and we will work to get you access as soon as possible.

What is the quality of these videos?The entertainment and educational value is great! Most of these videos (the classics) were VHS made in the 1980's and 1990's so the viewing quality is not HD. They are however perfectly enjoyable to watch.

I only wanted to pay for one month, but my credit card was just charged for a second time? Is this a recurring charge?"Yes, as stated when you subscribed, this is a recurring charge which will charge your credit card once a month for the monthly fee until you cancel your subscription. We believe that you are getting great value for your subscription. For $3.99/month you are getting access to all 8 of our videos - for comparison, most Jewish videos today cost around $20 per video - plus you will receive free access to any and all new videos, which we post. We have plans to begin posting a new video each month iy'h. If you still feel it is not worth keeping your subscription active, please cancel your subscription by following the cancelation instructions found in our FAQ.

What is your refund policy?In general we only offer a refund for an obviously mistaken or duplicate purchase. We do not offer refunds in cases where one forgot to cancel their monthly subscription. If you feel you have an extraordinary reason why we should refund you, please let us know via the Contact Us form. In all circumstances, we cannot refund more than 2 months of payments.
